Click and Collect - FREE
Do you live near to Dolly Daydream? If you see something online you can simply purchase online and select "Click & Collect" we will let you know when your item is ready to be collected from your local store and simply collect when you are ready.
UK SECOND CLASS RECORDED £4.50 (MAINLAND UK)
These orders are shipped with DPD and are estimated to arrive between 1-3 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.
Orders received before 5:30pm will be processed that day, and orders received after 5:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
UK FIRST CLASS RECORDED £4.90 (MAINLAND UK) - Excludes Bank Holiday & Weekends
These orders are shipped with DPD and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 3pm Mon - Thurs.
Orders received after 3pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY - £7.50
These orders are shipped with Royal Mail on a tracked and signed for service. Orders must be placed before 3pm GMT in order to be dispatched on the same day.
REST OF THE WORLD (Outside EU) - £13.50
These orders are dispatched via a third party carrier on a tracked service, and should arrive within 5-10 working days.
COLLECT FROM STORE - FREE (DOLLY DAYDREAM)

Orders placed before 5pm can be collected on the same day. Usually processed within an hour (due to stock availability) you will receive an email confirming when your parcel is ready to be collected from Dolly Daydream. Excludes weekends (weekend orders are processed Monday) & Bank Holiday.
· All delivery time frames are estimations
· There are no collections processed over bank holiday weekends
· All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
· Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
· Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
· Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the hands of Royal Mail.
