At Dolly Daydream you can choose various ways to order with us.

COLLECT FROM STORE - FREE (DOLLY DAYDREAM)

Warrington Town Centre Unit 5, The Courtyard, 44 Horsemarket Street, WA1 1XL

Orders placed before 5pm can be collected on the same day. Usually processed within an hour (due to stock availability) you will receive an email confirming when your parcel is ready to be collected from Dolly Daydream. Excludes Bank Holidays. 

Do you live near to Dolly Daydream? If you see something online you can simply purchase online and select "Click & Collect" we will let you know when your item is ready to be collected from our store (Warrington Town Centre) and simply collect when you are ready. *Please note that the 14 day returns policy starts from the date you ordered not the date you collect*

MAINLAND UK 

UK STANDARD £3.99 (MAINLAND UK) (TRACKED)

These orders are shipped with DPD/Interlink Express and are estimated to arrive between 1-3 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.

Orders received before 12pm will be processed that day, and orders received after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.

*PLEASE NOTE - DPD will deliver to the DPD Pickup Shop after checking there is no safe place or deliver to a neighbour on your delivery requests*

UK NEXT DAY £4.99 (MAINLAND UK) - Excludes Bank Holiday & Weekends (TRACKED)

These orders are shipped with DPD/Interlink Express and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 12pm Mon - Thurs.

Orders received after 12pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.

NORTHERN IRELAND (Standard Delivery £3.99 | 3-5 Working Days)

*Please note that orders to Northern Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail and will cost £3.99 for Standard Delivery, we do not offer Next Day Delivery on this service*

SOUTHERN IRELAND (Standard Delivery Starts from £11.00 | 3-5 Working Days)

*Please note that orders to Southern Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail and will cost anything from £11 depending on weight of the parcel. This service is only Standard Delivery which takes 3-5 working days, we do not offer Next Day Delivery* 

INTERNATIONAL

EUROPEAN DELIVERY - £22.00

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail on a tracked and signed for service. Orders must be placed before 3pm GMT in order to be dispatched on the same day.

REST OF THE WORLD (Outside EU) - £22.00

These orders are dispatched via a third party carrier on a tracked service, and should arrive within 5-10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE

  • All delivery timeframes are guidelines

  • There are no collections processed over bank holiday weekends

  • All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day

  • Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
  • Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
  • Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the hands of DPD Express. You will receive a tracking number from them, via SMS or email
